Actors Acting - James Franco

I saw this on the New York Times and checked it out. Acting is one of those things that seems easy but managing to do what James Franco is able to do in this video would probably be impossible. 

Looking at yourself in a mirror and maintaining character, especially with a bad ass mustache.... WOW
